hppy provides AI-powered agents for hospital revenue cycle management, asset management, and operational intelligence via subscription-based access.
Pricing & Payments
- Monthly subscription fees per user
- Additional performance-based revenue share
- Fees invoiced monthly unless otherwise agreed
Revenue Share
Customers agree to share a predefined percentage of incremental revenue generated or recovered through hppy AI agents. Revenue calculations are transparent and auditable.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful data
- Maintain secure access credentials
- Use services in compliance with applicable laws
Data Ownership & Processing
Customer data remains the property of the customer.
hppy acts as a data processor under GDPR.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with contractual notice periods.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months. hppy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
